2. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Each time the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, the page accessed, the browser and operating system used, and the previously visited page (referrer URL). This data is evaluated exclusively to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the website and to improve our offering, and it is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of the website).

3. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are hosted locally on our own webspace. No connection is made to servers operated by Google or other font providers, and no data is transmitted to third parties in this process.

4. Contact by Email

If you contact us by email, the data you provide (your email address and, where applicable, your name and phone number) will be stored by us in order to process your inquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as the inquiry serves to prepare or perform a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. 5. Newsletter Sign-up

This website displays a form for signing up to a newsletter about new works and publication dates. By submitting the form, your email address is forwarded directly by email to the controller via a script running on our own webspace; no external service provider is involved. The legal basis is your consent given by submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). This currently constitutes a simple expression of interest, not yet an automated mailing. You may object to the storage of your email address at any time, informally, by emailing arthurwetzel@me.com.

You have the right to request information about the data stored about you at any time (Art. 15 GDPR), as well as its correction (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), or restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR).
